In this option, two or more applicants can apply for citizenship by investment jointly through the purchase of one property, provided that each main applicant contributes a minimum of US$200,000, in the aggregate value of the property, a minimum of US$400,000.

Once citizenship is obtained, the property purchase process is complete. The property cannot be sold for 7 years, otherwise, the citizenship will be revoked.
