Turkey is one of the few countries in the world whose territory is located in two parts of the world: in Europe and Asia. Its main part, the peninsula of Asia Minor and the Armenian Highlands, is located in Asia. A characteristic geographical feature of Turkey is the location at the crossroads of important roads connecting Europe with Asia and the Black Sea countries with the Mediterranean countries. The water system, including the Sea of Marmara, the Bosporus, and Dardanelles, is an important international route connecting the Black Sea with the World Ocean.

According to many professionals and investors, this is an attractive destination for investment in real estate, as Turkey remains a popular tourist destination.
