The French government announced a change in the rules for applying for a visa or residence permit marked “Talent Passport – New business” (Passeport talent – Créateur d’entreprise) for non-European citizens. It will be necessary to submit a request to the Ministry of Economy in order to obtain an opinion on the nature of the business and its creation.
