Latest News on Kimpton Kawana Bay Grenada

Grenada is a "spice isle" that attracts more and more investors from all over the world every year. The Citizenship by Investment Program allows a foreign investor to make a donation to the National Transformation Fund (NTF) or invest in accredited real estate to obtain citizenship.

An investor who is interested in obtaining citizenship through real estate investments must invest from US$220,000.

What real estate projects can you invest your money in? The award-winning Kimpton Kawana Bay will be Grenada's newest international luxury beachfront resort. It will overlook Grand Anse Beach, considered one of the best beaches in the world.

Grenada is the only country in the Caribbean and one of only two in the world with a citizenship program to have an E2 visa agreement with the United States. This means that citizens of Grenada have the right to invest in businesses in the United States and live there with their families.

In addition, Kawana Bay is the only residential development in Grenada selling freehold properties under the Citizenship by Investment Program.

Kimpton Kawana Bay is currently the only CBI project in Grenada to have resumed construction work after stopping all processes due to COVID-19. Construction activities have begun at the Kiawah building, and more than 100 construction workers are working on the site every day.
