Turkey

1. Citizens of Algeria, Angola, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belgium, Cameroon, Canada, Chad, China, Colombia, Cote d'Ivoire, Czech Republic, Denmark, Djibouti, Dominica, Ecuador, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Finland, France, Germany, Guatemala, Hungary, India, Iran, Iraq, Ireland (Republic), Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Korea (Republic), Kosovo, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Mauritania, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, Niger, Northern Macedonia, Norway, Oman, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia and Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, and Uzbekistan can not cross the border of Turkey.

6. All passengers who traveled to the aforementioned prohibited countries within the past 14 days are prohibited from accepting all flights to Turkey. Otherwise, all passengers on flights will be isolated for 14 days.

Cyprus

From 1:00 AM on March 15, 2020, to 1:00 AM on March 30, 2020, only the following persons are allowed to enter:

  • Citizens of Cyprus (Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots)

  • Legal residents in territories under the effective control of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus

Citizens of European Union member states must provide travel documents confirming entry into the country, legal points of entry and utility bills confirming their legal residence.

Third-country nationals must present travel documents confirming entry into the country, legal points of entry and a residence permit in the Republic.

  • Citizens of countries in a designated diplomatic service or mission in accordance with bilateral or international conventions

Diplomatic identity card or for those who do not have a diplomatic certificate, non-diplomatic card or certificate of the competent authority regarding the reasons for their presence in the Republic of Cyprus.

It should be noted that if you enter areas under the effective control of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus, you should adhere to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health on travel

Malta

All passenger flights arriving in Malta are temporarily suspended from 23.59 hours on March 20, 2020.

Montenegro

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Montenegro.

  • This does not apply to the citizens of Montenegro.

  • This does not apply to passengers who live in Montenegro.

2. Citizens and residents of Montenegro will have to be self-insulated within 14 days.

Saint Lucia

The Government of Saint Lucia has announced the closure of Saint Lucia airports for all arriving commercial and private flights starting at 11:59 from Monday, March 23. All airports will be closed to all arriving passengers until Sunday, April 5th.

Aircraft providing for the departure of passengers from Saint Lucia will be permitted. Airfreight is allowed.

Antigua and Barbuda

1. Passengers and airline crew members who have been to China, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea or Singapore for the past 28 days are denied entry to Antigua and Barbuda.

2. Citizens and permanent diplomats of Antigua and Barbuda who have been to China, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea or Singapore in the last 28 days are allowed to enter Antigua and Barbuda. Airlines must provide prior passenger information prior to departure

1. Maurice Bishop International Airport (GND) and Lauriston Airport (CRU) closed all passenger traffic on March 23, 2020, at 23:59.

2. Passengers who were in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United States, or the United Kingdom cannot enter Grenada over the past 14 days.

  • This does not apply to the citizens of Grenada.

  • This does not apply to residents of Grenada.

Saint Kitts and Nevis

1. Citizens and legal residents of Saint Kitts and Nevis are strongly advised to avoid any inconsequential trips to countries or jurisdictions where COVID-19 cases have been reported and where local transfers are taking place. These countries: China, Iran, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, European Union (EU), Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America (USA), as well as Dutch and French territories in the Caribbean.

2. Citizens and legal residents of Saint Kitts and Nevis arriving from the above destinations or from any other destination will be subject to entry checks and a mandatory 14-day quarantine period upon arrival.

3. International travelers from the above countries or jurisdictions are strongly advised not to travel to Saint Kitts and Nevis at this time, as you will be denied entry.

4. All foreign travelers arriving from any other international destination:

  • will undergo an extended verification process at the point of entry, regardless of the place of origin;

  • will be subjected to a mandatory quarantine period of at least 14 days in a quarantine place designated by the government;

  • pass medical examinations appointed by the Ministry of Health on a daily basis and

  • they may be denied entry.

Any person found to have violated the quarantine conditions is liable for the total conviction regarding the penalties specified in the Public Health Quarantine Rules (SRO No. 2 of 2020).

In some jurisdictions in which our representative offices are located, the ministry decided to take measures to protect our representative offices and personnel. The work of our representative offices will continue, but all employees received instructions to work from home until further notice.

Vanuatu

Vanuatu's inlet ports have been closed since March 20, 2020.

  • Vanuatu nationals, permanent residents, and diplomats will be allowed to return, but they will be quarantined 14 days after arrival.

Consideration may be given to foreign diplomatic missions and international organizations and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
