First Ambassador of Saint Kitts and Nevis Had Meeting With United Arab Emirates Ministers

Justin Kareem Hawley was recently appointed as the first Ambassador of Saint Kitts and Nevis. The other day he was at a meeting with the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where the Ambassador was officially received. It is noteworthy that the appointment took place during the development of cooperation between the two countries. Saint Kitts and Nevis and the UAE are liaising in the areas of renewable energy development, climate change adaptation, and tourism.


Prime Minister of Nevis Hon. Mark Brantley also said a few words to the new ambassador. “I congratulate our very first Ambassador to the UAE HE Justin Hawley. This significant upgrade to our diplomatic presence in the Middle East will allow St Kitts and Nevis to continue to deepen and strengthen relations with this significant region of the world,” he tweeted.
