Over the past three years, the Dominican government has made four major changes using the money received from foreign investors.
In addition to renovating old hospitals, a new hospital with 75 beds is being built in the Marigot district. Construction is supported by the Citizenship for Dominica investment program, but Mexico will provide money for equipment (US$5 million).
